• Account information: email address and a securely hashed password.
• Payment and Billing information: For Android subscriptions, we use RevenueCat as the subscription platform and Google Play Billing as the payment processor. To manage your subscription, we process app user IDs, product/subscription identifiers, transaction and order identifiers, purchase status events, timestamps, and country/currency metadata provided by the store. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
• Usage and simulation data: such as project coordinates, load and hardware parameters, and financial assumptions you enter into the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve our application and calculation engines.
• To process subscriptions and send related confirmations and receipts.
• To fetch irradiance and weather data from third‑party APIs based on coordinates you provide.
• To send product updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:

• Service providers such as RevenueCat for subscription management, Google Play for payment processing, and our cloud hosting providers.
• External data APIs (for example, PVGIS) to retrieve irradiance and related data strictly for your simulations.
• Public authorities when required to comply with applicable law.

4. Data Security

We use industry‑standard security practices such as HTTPS for API communication and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@dothings.one. Deleting your account typically removes associated simulation data, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page.
