Ener Quote is a B2B subscription service. Our goal is to let your team fully evaluate the product on the FREE tier before you move to PRO. Because of this, refunds are generally limited and assessed case‑by‑case.

2. Free tier

The FREE plan is available at no cost for evaluation and light production use. No charges are made to your payment method while you remain on the FREE plan.

3. PRO subscriptions

PRO subscriptions are billed via our payment partner Paddle on a recurring basis according to the billing interval you select (for example, monthly or annually).

All card payments are processed securely by Paddle. In some jurisdictions, Paddle may appear as the merchant of record on your statement. Where appropriate, Paddle’s own refund rules and legal obligations also apply.
